One Floor Rental
The use of either the main hall or the downstairs meeting and conference area. Tables, chairs, and set up included in rental fee at no additional charge. Specialty services including table skirting and coffee and beverage service must be arranged by the client. One Floor Rental is not an option Friday evenings or Saturdays.

As a convenience to our clients, the Lenexa Conference Center may be rented up to two additional hours, before or after a time block, for $100.00 per hour.

Facility Surcharge: An additional fee may be assessed if an event requires special services or additional setup.
