Private use of the entire facility. Includes the use of the main hall (may accommodate up to 120 guests lecture style or 108 guests banquet style,) the three downstairs meeting rooms, outside patio, and the atrium. Tables, chairs, and set up included in rental fee at no additional charge.

As a convenience to our clients, the Lenexa Conference Center may be rented up to two additional hours, before or after a time block, for $100.00 per hour.

Extended rental discounts (events longer than one day) are available.

Facility Surcharge: An additional fee may be assessed if an event requires special services or additional setup.
